1 cup full-fat sour cream, at room temperature

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs + 2 egg yolks, at room temperature

1 teaspoon espresso powder

1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur For the Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate

Ganache:

12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
