Easy Danish cream cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2, 8 oz. pkgs. Seamless crescent dough (if you can’t get smooth dough, use the regular kind and pinch the seams together)
  • Jelly (I used blueberries, but strawberry, cherry, or whatever you like works great)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 m sugar

Directions:

Mix sugar and vanilla into cream cheese, then set it aside.

Roll out the crescent moon dough and cut it into 12 long pieces with a pizza cutter.

Take each strip from one end and roll it up to make a pinwheel.

Put it on parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over each wheel, and put a good scoop of jelly in the middle of the cream cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Keep refrigerated.
