Easy cheese taco pockets

Ingredients :

°1 packet taco seasoning

°1 pound minced meat

°Half a cup of sauce

°8 ounces soft cream cheese

°2 tablespoons melted butter

°1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

°12 6 inch tortilla

°Sour cream, sauce, green onions, all toppings are optional

Instructions

The first step:

Crumble minced meat in a frying pan and cook well

Drain the fat from the frying pan

The second step:

Adding taco seasoning blend packet, following directions on the pack

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth

Third step:

Add a cup of sauce and mix well

While holding the tortilla, place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla

The fourth step:

Put a spoonful of beef taco flavor, to cover the cheese and sauce mixture

Sprinkle with grated cheese

Fifth step:

Folding tortilla & stuff it as you would  burrito

Lightly spray the baking tray

Sixth step:

Preheat oven to 350*

Place the rolled tortillas on a greased tray

Seventh step:

Brush the tops of the tortilla rolls with melted butter

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and add your choice of toppings such as lettuce, sauce, sour cream, olives and more cheese
