Cookies and Cream Rolls

Ingredients

biscuit and cream rolls:

  • one(1 pound) froze bread or pizza dough, thawed to room temperature)
  • a quarter c unsalted butter
  • a quarter c sugar
  • one t cocoa powder
  • one t cinnamon
  • 1/4 c Oreo cookies

Vanilla cream:

  • four oz soft cream cheese
  • a quarter c soft butter
  • one  c powdered sugar
  • half  t vanilla extract
  • two t milk
  • two tablespoons of Oreo biscuits

Steps to make it

On  floured surface, rolling dough into a 12 * 16″ rectangle.

Grease them with melted butter.

In a small bowl, mix sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.

Sprinkle butter over the surface withinhalf inch of the edges.

Spread the crushed biscuits evenly over the dough.

Starting at the long side, roll up in the form of a jelly roll.

Cut into eight  equal pieces.

Place in an 8- or 9-inch round skillet covered with non-stick cooking spray

Cover the rolls lightly with plastic wrap that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and allow to set or rise until doubled in size. While the rolls are rising, preheat the oven to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove wrapping and bake at three hundred fifty °F for fifteen to twenty minutes.

While baking, make the glaze. In  bowl, mix cream cheese also butter until fluffy.

Mixing powder sugar also vanilla extract. Adding milk until glaze reaches desired consistency.

Removing baked rolls from oven & place on wire rack.

Spread the decorating cream on the face while it is still warm.

Sprinkle the rest of the mashed cookies.
