Smothered Chicken with Cream Spinach, Bacon, Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

° 250 g of fresh spinach

° 500g chicken breasts

° 50 g grated parmesan

° zest of 1/2 lemon

° 1 clove of garlic

° oil

° 1/2 chicken stock cube

° 50 cl of fresh liquid cream

° salt

° pepper

PREPARATION :

First salt and pepper your chicken fillets, heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Then brown your fillets over medium heat on both sides, the time varies depending on the fillets, set aside.

Brown the minced garlic with a drizzle of oil in the pan, stirring with the spatula then pour the cream on top and add the broth and stir.

Add the grated cheese with the lemon zest, a pinch of salt and pepper, stir and add the spinach leaves and leave to boil.

Then add the cooked chicken fillets and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
