Roasted Brussel Sprouts !!


  • fifteen brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
  • one 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
  • °11⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
  • three garlic clove
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Melting butter also olive oil in  skillet (over medium-high heat) to butter is foamy.

Reduce heat to, adding crush garlic also cooking to lightly browned.

Remove and discard the garlic.
