POTATO BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP*

INGREDIENTS:

°1 onion, chopped

°1 carrot, chopped

°A bunch of celery, chopped

°2 minced garlic cloves

°A tablespoon of butter

°2.5 cups chicken broth

°2 tablespoons of flour

°A cup of milk

°2 potatoes, small cubes

°4 cups broccoli florets, small cubes

°1 c cheddar cheese

°1 tsp grated parmesan

*Methods:

Chopping onion, carrot, celery also garlic in food processor, melting butter in  saucepan on medium heat also adding chop vegetables. Stirring for 5 mn.

Add the flour, salt and pepper and mix well, add the broth, milk and potato cubes, and bring to a boil, leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Add the broccoli flower and the Parmesan and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Add the cheddar cheese, mix well and remove from the heat.

Take 2 cups of soup and grind them in a blender, return them to the pot.
