°2 tbsp. Butter
°1/2 tsp. heavy cream
°grated parmesan cheese
°1/8 tsp basil
°salt and pepper to taste
°flour (to thicken)
°cajun seasoning
°1/4 tsp. parsley
°White wine (not presented)
