Deviled Egg Recipe

* Ingredients :

  • one hundred  g of grated cheese
  • two tbsp fresh cream
  • one bunch of parsley
  • pepper
  • salt
  • eight eggs
  • one shallot
  • one bunch of chives

STEP one

Cook the hard-boiled eggs.

 STEP two

Once cooled, peel them, cut them in half lengthwise, and set the yolks aside in a bowl.

STEP three

Chop the herbs, chop the shallot, add the gruyère, salt, pepper and cream, add everything to the egg yolks. Mix well.

STEP four


Fill the half egg whites with this preparation.

STEP five

Place on the oven rack and let broil for a few minutes.

STEP six

Serve with a salad.
