Chocolate wafer with cream!!!

This is a tried and true recipe !! if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, you cannot go wrong here. This is the way my Mother always made, just give a shot it won’t fail you !

  • °3 eggs
  • °180g sugar
  • °200g dark chocolate
  • °200g heavy cream
  • °250g of flour
  • °1 packet of baking powder

Beat 3 eggs and 180 g of sugar for 3 minutes in a mixer.

Melt 200 g of dark chocolate in a bain-marie and leave to cool for a few minutes.

Incorporate it into the mixture, then add 200 g of heavy cream. Finally add 250 g of sifted flour + 1 sachet of baking powder. Whisk the dough well before pouring it into a mold and cook for 25 minutes at 180°C (th. 6).
