Chicken with Spinach, Bacon, Mushrooms!!



  • 1.5 pound boneless chicken breast ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

  • four minced garlic cloves
  • ⅔ c grated mozzarella cheese
  • ⅔ c half and half

For the Mushrooms:

Add sliced ​​mushrooms and sauté until soft and caramelized.

To assemble:

Add cream of spinach, crumbled bacon, mushrooms and cheese to each chicken breast.
