Biscuit cinnamon roll

Hello! Welcome back from all the chaotic gloriousness of the Christmas holiday! I hope you had a great weekend; our holidays were filled with lots of PJ’s, lots of lego-building, lots of movies, lots of food. We had a few, shall we say, issues, over the break, like freezing water leaking inside through our kitchen windows (home improvement catastrophes bite big time) and our family car dying a slow death.

These biscuit cinnamon rolls are a simple, quick, inexpensive breakfast, dessert, or late night treat that even the kids will love. If like us, a big squidgy Cinnamon Roll is your cake of choice when you nip to the coffee shop, you are going to love these biscuits. These bitesize treats consist of a delicious vanilla biscuit rolled up with a cinnamon and Light Muscovado Sugar centre giving them that rich depth of flavour and of course in true Cinnamon Roll style drizzled with sweet, gooey icing. The best bit is, when you bake these at home, you don’t even need to get out of your pj’s to enjoy this coffee shop fix.
